PSA TV Subscription Policy

Terms and Conditions
    1.    Customer Commitment:
By accepting this policy, the customer agrees to fulfill the terms for the selected six-month or one-year subscription to PSA TV. This includes full payment of the amounts stipulated and adherence to the rules described herein.
    2.    Payment Structure:
    •    Six-Month Plan:
    •    Initial payment of $1,500 USD, covering the first month of coverage.
    •    Daily payments of $13.99 USD for the remaining five months, with the option to pay weekly or monthly.
    •    One-Year Plan:
    •    Initial payment of $1,500 USD, covering the first month of coverage.
    •    Daily payments of $11.99 USD for the remaining 11 months, with the option to pay weekly or monthly.
    3.    PSA Team Soccer, INC Rights:
PSA Team Soccer, INC retains full rights to manage sponsor logos and brands at its discretion within the ecosystem outlined in this contract, including but not limited to:
    •    Coachella Soccer Club
    •    PSA Team Soccer Academy
    •    Desert Promotion
    •    PSA TV
    •    Any additional environment managed by PSA Team Soccer, INC
PSA Team Soccer, INC also reserves the right to use sponsor logos and brands on merchandise and accessories, such as clothing, hats, and other promotional products.
    4.    Royalty Rights:
Sponsors do not have the right to charge royalties to PSA TV or PSA Team Soccer, INC for the use of their logos or brands in our programs or ecosystems. This includes any presentation of their brands within our digital platforms, audiovisual content, merchandise, or promotions.
    5.    Nature of the Service:
PSA Team Soccer, INC provides a premium commercial production and advertising service, professionally designed for sponsors. This service does not include the sale of impressions or guaranteed numbers of views on any of our platforms.
Sponsors understand that they are paying for the creation and production of the commercial, as well as its placement within the PSA TV ecosystem.
    6.    Option to Postpone the Subscription:
While the contract cannot be canceled, the customer has the right to postpone the subscription if necessary. This request must be submitted in writing and approved by PSA TV. During the postponement period, all benefits and services will be paused until the subscription is reactivated.
    7.    Payment Default:
If the customer fails to make payments on time and does not request to postpone the subscription, the subscription will be automatically canceled, and the service will be suspended immediately.
Customers will not be entitled to any refunds for payments already made and must cover any outstanding balance for additional services used.
    8.    Automatic Cancellation:
If the customer does not comply with payment terms and fails to request a formal postponement, the subscription will be canceled, and PSA TV reserves the right to terminate the contract without prior notice.
    9.    Electronic Acceptance:
By checking the acceptance box, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this policy. This constitutes a binding agreement.
